Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Are my database passwords stored securely?
Your database passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being saved. The encryption key is stored separately from the database. Passwords never appear in logs, API responses, or the UI after saving.
Which database types are supported?
WebDBPro supports MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), MongoDB, and SQLite. Each database type uses the correct SQL dialect, identifier quoting style, and parameter syntax in the AI-generated queries.
What does "dialect-aware SQL" mean?
Each database type has slightly different SQL syntax. MySQL uses backtick-quoted identifiers and ? placeholders, PostgreSQL uses double-quotes and $1, MSSQL uses square brackets and @param names. WebDBPro automatically generates queries in the exact format required by your connected database type.
Can I connect to a remote database?
Yes — you provide the host, port, user, password and database name for any remote server. SSL/TLS connections are also supported. Just make sure your database server allows connections from your WebDBPro server IP.
Is there a free trial?
You can create an account and connect to the database tool. A Stripe checkout is required to activate full subscription features. If you want to try the system first, contact us and we can arrange a demo.
